How does the 99-day trial work?
You have 99 days from delivery. If it doesn't win you over, just write to us – you get your money back and don't need to send anything back.
What if it stops holding the refill?
There's no mechanism to fail – the body itself does the clamping. And if anything happens: lifetime guarantee, no return shipping.
Is there a clip? Will it roll off my desk?
No clip. The flat milled edge stops it from rolling. The everline BASE gives it a fixed place on your desk.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. No pressurised cartridge, no liquid ink reservoir.
Does the anodized finish scratch?
Anodizing is hard, but not indestructible. It will pick up marks over years of daily carry – that's patina, not a defect.
Which color should I pick?
Deep Black and Star Silver are the quietest. Neodymium and Neon Orange are the ones people notice. All seven cost the same.
How fast is shipping?
We ship the same day (Mon–Sat, order by 12 noon CET). Delivery in 4–6 business days, insured and tracked. Free over €85 – in the US over $85.
Do I pay duties or tariffs in the US?
No. Orders to the US ship duty-free and tariff-free. We cover all import duties and tariffs – you pay nothing extra on delivery.
