We built it for a lifetime. So we stand behind it for one.
No fine-print marathon, no return shipping, no arguing. Just two simple promises.
99-day trial
Write with it, carry it, leave it next to your keyboard. If it doesn't win you over within 99 days, you get your money back.
Lifetime guarantee
The body of your everline ONE is built to last forever. If it fails under normal use, we replace it – whether after one year or twenty.
No return shipping
Nothing to pack, nothing to drop off, nothing to pay. A photo and your order number are enough. Keep the pen or give it away.
Three steps. No forms.
- Write to us
Via the contact form or info@geteverline.com – with your order number and a quick note. - Send a photo
Only for a defect: one photo is enough. For the 99-day trial we don't even need that. - Refund or replacement
We refund your original payment method or ship you a new pen. You don't send the old one back.
What can't break doesn't need fixing.
A normal pen is made of a click mechanism, a spring, a cap, a clip and a plastic body. Every one of those parts is a reason it ends up in a drawer. The everline ONE has none of them: it's machined from a single piece of aluminium and holds the refill through material tension alone.
Fewer parts means less that can go wrong. So our guarantee isn't a marketing gamble – it's a logical consequence of the design. And if something does happen, we don't want you dealing with boxes and return labels.
Good to know
- The 99 days start on delivery. Applies to every pen, including sets.
- The lifetime guarantee covers the body under normal use. Loss and intentional damage are not covered.
- Anodizing is hard, but not indestructible: marks after years of daily carry are patina, not a defect.
- Refills are consumables and not covered – that's what refills are for.
One pen. For good.
Try it for 99 days. If you don't love it, get your money back – and keep the pen.
